Reports

Reports are a powerful tool that provides you with various information and statistics about applications, users, cases, and other relevant elements of the processes. In Dirigent, there are three main predefined reports:

• User task performance - Performance report which gives an overview of how much time in seconds each user spent on a particular user task.

• System task performance - Performance report which gives an overview of how much time in seconds each system task took.

• Document upload distribution- This report shows the information regarding all of the uploaded documents on this workspace, created withing the selected time frame

How to navigate the report screen

Report screen can be daunting at first, but soon you will see just how easy it is to navigate and order the data to show you what you want.

In order for a report to run, click on one from the Reports tab. Select the desired time period which can be either something predefined 3 days, a week, a month or a custom date. Any of the generated reports can be customized by using the options defined in the different menus available: View, value , row items, and column items. Any information you don't want to be shown on the report, you can move to the column above the report. By using simple menu navigation together with the drag and drop functionality, you can rearrange the table report's rows and columns according to your preferences in order to get the data you need.

Can I make my own report?

Dirigent does not offer such possibility yet, however, you can contact us at support@dirigent.io so we can discuss doing a custom report tailored for you.
