Sub process

Introduction

The sub process task in a process model represents an embedded process within the main process. Unlike an external process, it can only be a part of the main process in which it is created. When the main flow reaches the subprocess task, the subprocess is started and executed before the main flow can continue with its execution.

Unlike all other tasks, the sub process task can be expanded and collapsed, making it visually more appealing. Adding and configuring elements within the sub process is only possible when it is expanded. Once the editing is complete, it can be collapsed again.

Configuration

  • Name - The display name of the task.
