The Salesforce task enables seamless integration with the Salesforce CRM platform, providing users with the ability to perform various operations on contacts, leads, opportunities, and accounts within the Dirigent. In order for Salesforoce task to work, a configured Salesforce connector is required


  • Connector - Previously configured Salesforce connector.
  • Entity - Choice between Lead, Contact, Opportunity, and Account.
  • Action - Either Get, Create, Update, or Delete.

After selecting the entity and action, the necessary fields for further configuration will appear.


You can use a form that has all the necessary data for creation of an Contact for example. Then, you can provide variable values from that form to the Salesforce task so that it creates the exact Contact with the information provided in the user form.
